Says he will be there in the afternoon. No show, no call again. Call again, he will be there in the morning. No show no call again! Call again, leave messages. So completely unprofessional. |
| Kevin Richardson | Do not use!! It is now 24 hours after we originally called and still no plumber. We were told he was on his way to a call and would call us when he was on his way. I called back at 6 PM to verify someone was coming, at which point I had my address verified and was told "he would get one of his techs headed my way." Tried calling again at around 5 minutes until they closed and several times afterward with no answer. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had the misfortune to be a part of. |
