We hired Ben for a job back in March. He wasn't punctual, not showing up until the day after he was supposed to start our job. He told us the job would take just a few days and then after working on it a few days he told us he needed to pull off the job to do other jobs and would get back to ours in a few weeks. Due to the fact that we were on a tight schedule that didn't work for us so we ended up having to find someone else to finish the job he started. Which in turn caused us to have to pay not only his bill, but also another bill for a separate plumber. He then proceeded to leave a one star review on our business page. An establishment he has never even been to. He's very unprofessional.

Unprofessional and ripped off a church organization. This company doesn't know about customer service. Instead of making things right and satisfying the church they took their money and were cowards when the church tried to meet with them in person. Definitely think twice before doing business with Patterson plumbing!

They have repaired and replaced pipes on my house twice and they were fast and arrived on time with the appointment which was also very soon after the problem. Also pretty decent pricing
