Jason did come out late on a Saturday to repair an emergency leak and we were very thankful. Then he was schedule to come on Friday to do all the major work needed, prior to our drywall being put back up. He did not show or call on Friday. When my husband text him Saturday he text back that he would come out Monday. No call or text and no show again on Monday. He did not respond on Monday to our text and voicemail messages. Tuesday morning he responded to Mondays text saying he would be out later in the week. We hired another plumber. |
