Plumbing services by Armstrong Plumbing Inc in Chesterfield, Missouri

Had a simple kitchen drain blockage and was told we would be charged a flat rate after 79 service fee for the repair. When the technician arrived we were quoted 325 to snake out the drain but it could go up if it took more than 40 minutes. I cancelled the service and had J J Kokesh & Son Inc. come out. They charged me a fair 141 for the 30 minute job. I would not recommend Armstrong. Deceptive and inflated pricing.

Excellent Company to deal with. The plumber arrived on time and installed a new sump pump.Their plumber was polite, well mannered, clean and wore plastic over his shoes to prevent bringing water in the house from the rainy day.. They also stand behind their works and words. I recommend highly Armstrong Plumbing.

Contacted Armstrong to repair a broken pipe in my basement. The issue was pretty straight forward, but he came back with a quote of 400. Shortly after he left, I went to Lowes, purchased the 34 part and made the repair myself in about 20 minutes. My mistake for not taking the time to fully assess the problem before calling an expert, but I was a little shocked at the cost. Also, they attempt to sell a "preferred customer contract". If you sign up you get a discount. This came across as we are going to charge you more to get you to buy the preferred customer package. I don't plan on calling them in the future if I have plumbing issues.
