I had a terrible experience with Roto Rooter. The technician had to cut into my plumbing and said that he resolved the issue by clearing a simple clog, but that my plumbing needed to be hydrajetted. He DID NOT cover my pipe correctly and dirt and mud filled into the hole he created in the pipe. The Roto Rooter estimate was also TRIPLE the cost of any one else on the coast. Roto Rooter up charges for everything and the technician even verbalized that. I had some one come out from another plumbing agency for a second opinion and they were able to resolve my issues and it cost me 1/3 of what Roto Rooter wanted. I was not satisfied with the job that Roto Rooter did. Sloppy job of cutting into pipe, not covering pipe correctly, over charging, and saying things were broken that really weren't..... Those were just a few things the other plumber found that came out and resolved my issue at 1/3 of the cost and spent more time cleaning up Roto Rooters mess they made, than the actual problem I started with.
