| Renee Dean | DO NOT buy any appliances from Home Depot unless they can have it delivered by anyone other than Douglas. I ordered a washer and dryer right after Thanksgiving and was told it could not be delivered until 12/30 then was called to say it would not be delivered until 1/6. I was given a window of 1:00pm - 5:00pm on 1/6 but no delivery. I called the company at 4:30 and was told the delivery people were running behind so I waited at home until 8:00pm when I took my happy "self" up to Home Depot because I could not get anyone on the phone and told them what has happened. So today, 1/7/20, I'm still waiting with no word whatsoever. |
