Kurt Baum	Went in with my wife to check out kitchen sinks and faucets. Were completely ignored by two salesmen, one who was with a customer but refused to acknowledge our presence and the other who was going in and out of his office looking busy with some paperwork and also completely refused to acknowledge our presence. Saying you are with another customer doesn't cut it. You need to make people feel you want them to be there. We finally left.
