He answered his phone at 8 at night and was willing to rearrange his morning schedule to come out and get my water turned on. Because of my work schedule we pushed the spot out to the afternoon. Upon arriving he and the other individual he brought went right to work. They dug around in the ceiling, found the pipe and were able to have it repair quickly. The leak occurred in the pipe over the ceiling of my garage. The heater wasn't working so they took the time to discuss options to ensure the pipe wouldn't freeze again. The responsiveness was very much appreciated. Will seems to care about the quality of his work and ensuring his customers are satisfied. |
