Jeremy and Brandon did a great job of explaining what they were doing. They were on time, installed our range quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate the work they performed.

This is a terrible company that I will never let enter my house again. I had purchased an Appliance from Best Buy and paid for installation. MN Plumbing called me a few days later, to confirm the delivery and installation time. I took the day off. They showed up on time. The installer walked in with a very negative attitude and complained about all the plumbing fixtures that would need to be replaced before they can install. Total quote was over 600. I got the impression that they had no interest in installing the appliance. They refused to install unless I paid the full additional cost. The cost was to be paid to them and not Best Buy. Mine is a fairly newer house that does not need all the additional work that was quoted. A different company was able to install my appliance later at a very low and nominal price without doing any of the additional work that this company wanted done. I read reviews about this company and realized that this is a pattern. They have probably agreed with Best buy, on a low price, to get in as their delivery and installation vendor, but this company will try and ripoff customers directly when they actually show up. Based on reviews and complaints, Best Buy as a company or at least someone there responsible to manage all of this, knows about all of these reviews, but is willing to go along for the ride for unknown reasons.
