I had them out to fix a small leak. Took way long time. Within 2 nights part of my plaster ceiling fell on my bedroom floor while I was sleeping. Scared me half to death. Called them immediately next morning. Said they would come later that day. Did not discontinued answering their phone and I had to hire someone else to fix what they ruined. Wrote them a letter asking for a refund twice. I got no response. Do not hire these two.

Gary and JP fit me into their busy schedule on short notice... they spent 2 days working on the projects I gave them. They listened well, had good interpersonal skills and very professional in getting the work done well. I would call them again.

hired him for a very simple plumbing- Gary is a nice as a person but he is old 74 squeezing under the toilet. he is extremely slow for a job that would take an hour, he took three and half hours- his charges are very high 150 per hour yet tells you that others charge a lot more. can not think out of the box -he brings his son who is pretty nice and could actually work faster and better than his father, but Gary does not let do anything except hand him the tools.
