| CherTong Her | Zero stars! This place is the absolute worst. Contracted through xcel energy homesmart program but are willing to do absolutely nothing. Had them come out three times and requested for many more, but flat out refused until I paid over 2000. Water heater was backdrafting and they claimed I needed to have new chimney liner installed. Spoke to SEVERAL plumbers including one with over 40 years of experience. A liner is only needed if you remove the furnace because the water heater will not make enough heat to travel the length of the vent by itself. Run away from this place as fast as you can. Xcel energy is also a joke, refuses to do anything, even managers and supervisors won't talk to you for over 5 days. I've attempted to reach them multiple times and still no resolution a full 10 days later. |
| Renee Mudek | Excellent customer service. Talked to the dispatch gal in the office...I explained our need because of our hospice situation. Originally, they couldn't come until the next day but she called me back and said she had a tech Jerry that could come right away. Jerry was here within a half hour. The air conditioner was fixed in about 20 minutes. We are so thankful and greatful - God bless you all |
