Called John later in the day to see if he had a part for my 25 year old softener that started leaking. He did not but I decided it's probably time for a new softener. He came out the very next day and installed new softener and took old one away. Good price on softener and labor price was even better. I was expecting a 300-400 dollar bill just for labor. It wasn't even close to that. I'm from a small town and now living in the city. John has that small town vibe where he's not out to scam you or charge a arm and a leg. He will be the man I call for all my softener and Walter filtration needs from here on out!

I needed to find another outfit to change filters in our Micron water purifier. The person we had was from Minneapolis and not very reliable with communication and follow-through. Then I found John and Rainy Water --- problem solved. He came over one day after I called him and changed all the filters and checked over the system. Great communication and follow-through. I now know who I'll be using every fall to change filters and whatever else I need done with water. Lucky me.
