Had NEW water heater put in. After barely over a year it started leaking and caused other issues in our home. From past experience I knew to call the water heater company to be sure Warranty was still good. The water heater company gave me a verification number to give Green's. They agreed to install a new replacement water heater, but I was charged 480 for labor! And then given a "courtesy discount" for half off. It was a switching of water heaters. It took about 1+ hours. After the install my husband and I started having nausea, queezey stomach and basically not feeling well in the morning. My husband went to clean up after them had to put the wall cover back on over the water heater access that they took off, found screws and misc. Then he noticed the exhaust from our BATHROOM was disconnected. OSHA standard not to have connected. No idea why that was even taken apart, but it was NOT disconnected by either of us. So we were breathing fumes!! I will be calling OSHA and check into legal proceedings. This was a scarey to find out!! Stay away from them if you want safety. Also, almost all of the 5 star reviews are from bots fake.

Left exuagst pipe open to sewer line, sink,a washing machine. Water heater leaked after installing, charged over for not completing a job on the sink as well. After standing around for an hour not doing anything. In both cases left sharp objects and mess everywhere. Worst serrvice I have experienced in a business. avoid at all cost left hazards in our home will be following up with legal action of possible. Avoid these guys at all costs.
