| Tami Buranen | Very quick response to a hot water tank needing replacement, however they failed to check to see that the gas was turned back on, so they had to come back and then had the nerve to send me an outragous bill for it after I had just wrote them out a huge check for the water heater and labor. I called them right away and they lowered it from 250.00 to 50.00 but it should be nothing! That's just bad customer service and leaves a horrible mark about them. I won't be calling them again. |
