TR B	Very unprofessional! Shows up and backs over the bushes next to my driveway. No apology or anything. Wearing a 70's style button up ragged shirt. Then the real kicker. I show him where he can access the problem. He then asks me for a bucket, paper towels and some cardboard! What?! Who shows up at a customers house to do a job and ask them for several things he needs to do that job? Turns out he had a bucket anyway-apparently just didn't want to use it. Then he says as he is leaving, I'm going home to shower, that was gross. Unprepared and unprofessional!
