Gary Roberts	Hot water heater started leaking on a Friday evening. Called a few places for pricing and schedules. Superior had good prices and were able to come out Monday afternoon to install a new hot water heater. Unfortunately upon unboxing the new hot water heater it was found to be dented. As the old unit was already removed they installed the new one, so we would have hot water, until they could get another new one on Wednesday. They were out early Wednesday afternoon and installed the new unit. I must say their service was exceptional. I would gladly use them again in the future.
Thomas Barfield	Called on 7/3 to have my AC looked at and was told that 7/9 would be when they could make it out. No problem with the delay due to a busy and hot holiday weekend, but a week and half later I still haven't heard back about scheduling a diagnosis. Decided to get other companies out to look at it.
