I had a house fire this past year and had to purchase a mini-split unit through insurance, unfortunately for me no providers in the area will install a perfectly good equipment "since they didn't sell it and can't provide a warranty" even though I said I would accept the installation without warranty. After contacting 17 different companies, all with the same reason followed by a sales pitch for extremely marked up units of their own, I got a on the line with Michigan Plumbing and Mechanical Services LLC, Carlo was extremely friendly and understanding and set me up with and appointment just 2 short days away. The appointment went very smoothly, Darrin was straight forward with his work and placement to my requirements. After the electrical was hooked up, Darrin was quick to make it back to get the system filled and debugged. I did ask for a quote on a full unit purchase and install from them to see where they landed in the scope of all the other quotes I had received and they were more than reasonable. I have already recommended them to 2 other coworkers looking at potential mini split installs.
