Lied about not seeing what the problem was when it was clearly visible. Plumber tried to charge an exorbitant amount of money, 600 - 6x more what it cost me to do in one hour after I decided to just fix it myself for 100 after buying a replacement at costco. They do not answer your questions over the phone. Plumber spent 2 minutes looking at the problem and said he couldn't fix it when I could have just been told over the phone he doesn't do those fixes. Instead he cost me 50 for 2 minutes for looking at something and lying to my face to trick me into replacing it when I already knew what the problem was and just needed to know if he did repairs for it.

What a fantastic experience using this company. We originally called because we had discovered a leak in our home at the main coming into our home. Further investigation into the water damage this slow leak had caused ended up showing we needed to replace the entire floor. Matt was fantastic to work with, they came and fixed the original leak and took out all the appliances in the laundry room so we could repair the damage. They came back and put everything back when we were finished with the remodel. Great price. Fantastic service, always on time, no problems getting in touch with them. Neat and great clean up. I will never worry about needing a plumber again. I know who to call.
