WARNING: DO NOT USE! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I'M STILL WAITING A YEAR LATER FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. THEY ARE TRYING TO BILL ME FOR ITEMS I NEVER RECEIVED BECAUSE THEY LOST THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Very unprofessional. In 2017 we were building a small home for our parents and hired L & H Plumbing to do the rough and finish plumbing. They recommended we purchase all the fixtures from them stating they would not charge extra for labor if there were issues with defective or damaged fixtures and needed replacing. When issues arose instead of taking care of them as contractors do they either blamed the other contractors on the job or made excuses. One example, the kitchen faucet turned out to be defective, having very low pressure. I was told to call Delta and obtain a replacement which I did. When it arrived they refused to install it unless we paid them for a service call. Another example, the house was built on a slab so the rough plumbing had to be precise in location. The bathroom sink plumbing as well as the toilet drain were both off. They blamed the cement contractor for the sink and the concrete had to be broken up. Another example, the laundry room drains were off and the wall had to be enlarged which threw off the dimensions of the room. Consequently the cabinet contractor had to relocate the cabinet/counter top. I called and talked with the owner several times as issues arose. At one point he became very angry and used the "F Bomb" several times. This owner of this was very unprofessional and actually liened the property for a discrepancy of 925.00, which ended in a trip to small claims court for my 95 year old father. My dad agreed to pay for the alleged extra trip 125.00 and the cost of the kitchen faucet install 145.00 ONLY because he did not want to come back to court and needed to be home with his wife. The mediator awarded my dad 655.00. Shame on L & H for not trying to work this out and forcing my 95 year old dad to go to court. I believe they were trying to take advantage of the situation.
