OSO 13	Called the other day to get a technician to come out and hookup a bathroom vanity. The call center informed me that a tech would call me in 15-60 minutes to discuss my issues and setup a time. No one ever called me back or showed. After a second phone call to the call center she informed me she would have someone call immedietly, well its 2 days later and still no call or no show again. I chose this company for its reviews but this clearly shows even reviews don't mean everything.
