I had my second new furnace and AC replaced in February 2019 by Mastercraft heating, cooling and plumbing and in January 2020, I discovered a gooey black substance in my condensation line and asked to have it replaced. My contract warranty stated all parts 10 years and labor 2 years covered by Mastercraft heating, cooling and plumbing. After talking to Shayna and a close review of my problem it was decided I would not have to pay for the repair and it would be covered. This was extremely appreciated by me and I would recommend to my friends and family to call them in the future for any heating, cooling or plumbing repair they need.

My furnace was blowing cold air at 11pm on a Sunday night with weather temp in the low 30s - i called Mastercraft, left a message. Within 20 min Bob called me back to arrange for technician to come out and try to repair the issue. Because the technicians were tied up, Bob came out himself to try to repair. Bob is a wonderful man, he tried to replace the gas valve, but because my furnace was over 20 years old the valve replacement did not do the trick. Bob told me he would have the office call me first thing in the morning to have a temp furnace installed to get heat in my home and then of course come back at a later date to finish hooking up the a/c with new thermostat. At 8am the next morning Holly called me with good news to tell me she could have her crew come out within an hour. - Aubry and Max showed up this morning to save the day! These men were professional, they didnt leave a mess and most importantly they hooked up heat and will return to finish installing the a/c and thermostat. This company was there for me - they squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me heat fast! Great company!! Great people :
