| Toni Ordway | Had Matt Rogers plumbing out to place a tub. They put so much foam underneath it that it rose up a couple inches above the tile by morning. Had them out to fix it and it took a long time for them to get the tub out and remove EXCESSIVE foam. When they put the tub back in they goobered and EXCESSIVE amount of caulk around the tub that began to collect dust and peel off. So I had them back out and they spent a long time trying to remove and replace caulk. Unfortunately my tile is still sticky and tub is discolored in spots I'm assuming from the chemicals they used. I called them back and they said they were going to order special chemicals and come back. I've reached out a few more times.... at this point I have given up.... stuck with a mess. |

| Mandy K | Took 3 trips to my house and MANY HOURS of waiting for them to show up for them NOT to fix the problem. I get the impression they don't really know what they are doing. I work in property management so I deal with plumbers all the time. I called because I live I live in the community and like to support local business. Never again, I will be calling a more reputable company to come back and fix what they could not. They also tracked mud and sewage from their sewer auger throughout my house and didn't bother or offer to clean it up. Don't waste your time or money. |
