Chris was responsive by phone and by text. Chris arrived when he said he would to quote each job, and he and James showed up when expected to do the work. Chris appropriately challenged us on a few points where we were trying to cut costs, and he provided practical recommendations and perspective on each job - and did not try to sell us on add-ons. Chris's prices were reasonable, and he and James did a great job for us at each of our rental properties.
