Zoe Cramblet | Needed a new water heater, as mine was really old. They were able to come the same day and get it replaced. Everything works great and they were super fast. Highly recommend. |
Nikki Leigh Johnson | Technician stated our water heater was at least 25 years old and needed to be replaced because of old age. Water heater was priced at 2200 to be replaced. Called our home warranty who verified our water heater was 3 years old & still under manufacturers warranty. The technician then proceeded to charge 1200 for less than 4 hours of labor to replace our under warranty water heater. |
Travis Johnson | Attempted to call to get an itemized receipt of a what seems to be a blatant overcharge. I was told they only charge "flat rates" for labor. I said I may be dropping by to talk, they said it was a home business and customers can't meet there to talk. I asked for the owners contact info, he refused to provide it and took down a message instead. The whole thing seems to be not "Slim Shady" but rather blatantly and unapologetically shady. |
