Barb Syed	Horrible customer service! Had an appointment time from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. No technician showed and no call to say they would not be coming. Called their office at 2:15 PM to see where technician was and was informed that there was an emergency at one of the restaurants in town so they were too busy to make my appointment time or to call and let me know they would be late....as if my time was of no value to them. Would not recommend this company or utilize their services again. Would give them no stars if possible.
