Called about something needing repaired on my water heater and got an estimate that was below what I got at other places, so that got them hired lol They had someone out the next morning. The person who came out was great, he even befriended my big, very energetic dog : Unfortunately my problem ended up being that I needed a whole new water heater but the work was all done within a couple hours. Actually, he had to run back to the shop to get the water heater but he was good about updating me on his status getting back out to our house. Between the time I was told he would initially arrive in the morning, the time frame given running to the shop and the time estimate to do the work, each thing was accomplished earlier than estimated which worked great for me
