Dawn Rebitzke	This contractor is all talk. His famous last words are “We can do whatever you want”. He promises a lot but doesn't deliver. When he does he asks for more money. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. He says he can do whatever you want but doesn't tell you there's a charge until he's done. He wanted full payment before the job was done. Of course I didn't pay him. He pulled his permits and walked. The job never got done. Don't let him do your electrical. He did mine and I found out after the fact that it was done wrong. My addition wasn't square either. When it came time to put in the drywall, I have one wall longer than the other so the drywall couldn't be put in square. My project was supposed to be done in a couple months. It's still not done. He started in May. Good luck if you use him!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
