Stopped in to buy a lower thermostat for my electric water heater. Picked out the item I needed and went up to the counter to pay for it. There was two people behind the counter. One was on the phone answering questions and the other was trying to take back returns but was having trouble knowing how to do it so the person on the phone was having to tell him how to do it while he was on the phone. As I was waiting to pay for one item two men walked in through the side door and I assume they were contractors because when the person on the phone was finished he immediately started talking to them and ignored me. The other person finally came over so I could pay for my item. He wrote it up and said it would be 30. I had had enough and told him to forget about it and was done wasting my time. I bought the same item at another store for under 10. So much for shopping local.
