Call someone else!! Called to get my sewer line cleaned the receptionist was rude and didn't get my name right before i could correct her she hung up. They came out and i agreed to the price we had discussed. Had them mail me my bill and when I received my bill it was way higher than what i was originally told it was going to be. Very disappointed. Prices are outrageous. If i would have know they were going to charge me way more than discussed i would have called somewhere else.

Cannot say enough great things about Frook Plumbing. You get a time scheduled not a "window" or "time frame" and the rates are the most reasonable I've gotten for plumbing work in Lansing. The service has also been as friendly and quick as its been reliable. I don't bother writing these unless I'm blown away, and that's definitely been the case here.

I've had Frook Plumbing assist with several renovation projects in my home. Every aspect has been ideal from scheduling to finished product.
