| Dennis Wist | Don't use this company! They cracked our septic lid when they removed it and after pumping the tank and putting the lid back they said it would be fine. The lid has subsequently broke and our tank is full again 3 months later. When I called to see what they could do to help and rectify the situation all they gave me was excuses as to why it wasn't their fault and nobody was able to come out and help. So we called another company 5 minutes later that was super helpful and sent someone to help us within a couple hours. Horrible customer service. |
