It was an impressive job. Any issues or quirks I had moving forward, being that it was a new and unfamiliar setup, they would help me through. They even raised the outside unit to a more ideal height for a small service fee which was much less expensive than the total work involved, a generous bargain. The company follows wonderful customer service practices and makes sure that the job is done well and up to the customers standard.
