Plumbing services by North Pointe Plumbing & Heating in Gaylord, Michigan

My recommendation couldn't be any higher. I don't usually write reviews. We called Northe Pointe Plumbing and Heating after another company 1st looked at my daughters furnace. The other company quoted a cost that seemed unusually high. When I called for a 2nd estimate to North Pointe. I was told they were completely booked, I asked if I could just have an advice call. In talking with Butch, he agreed it seemed high. He came out immediately, agreed that it needed to be replaced, turned on on the gas fireplace, offered to bring heaters and worked her into the schedule as quickly as he could. We'd still be waiting 5 more days for the other company. The total cost for a more efficient furnace considerably less than the quote from his competitor. My daughter felt completely comfortable with them. Thank you for your integrity, the long hours and quality work!!

Had a water heater go out and in spite of having several difficulties they were able to get things done right and promptly. They also kept me informed of the progress. Good communications.

I tried three times to get them to come. When they did, they spent little time, didn't fix the furnace, and never cameback. I have had to try elsewhere. A complete waste of time.
