| Cayk Wok | Water heater sprung a leak, had this company send a technician who stated it needed to be replaced. Tech called in to his company and got a quote of 2300-2500 same day install with a 2 to 3 hour install time. While they were ordering the water heater I called 4 other plumbers who quoted anywhere from 1600-1650 next day. I called All-Flo back and was told they did not negotiate or match offers. I canceled the heater install and I requested the tech to come back and get his tools and I would pay the service call fee 150. Told the tech what other companies were quoting and he left. Within the hour I got a call someone else from All-Flo an owner perhaps? stating they'd drop their price down to 1950. Company I went with was 1625 and had it installed in 25 minutes the next morning. If you have hundreds of dollars to waste these may be the plumbers for you. If not do yourself a favor and make another call. |
| A Google User | Had a problem with sporadic gurgling, so Kevin looked in the line with a camera for blockages or a dip where the line had been patched after a construction digging boo-boo. It was all clear, which was a huge relief. He added a vent under the sink and the gurgling stopped. I appreciate that Kevin took the extra steps to be sure we didn't have a leak prior to installing our deck it would have been over the location of the patch. Recommend! |
