| e2matt c | I did like these guys alot, but they just totally screwed me over. I made an apt w/ office this morning to replace my leaking water heater, and explained to them the part was under warranty through Lowes. Lady booked the apt for me for next day. I get a call back 6 hours later saying they cant do it cuz they'll only "buy" from their suppliers. MEANING because their not gonna make profit off marking up water heater their not gonna do the job. This is absolute BS, They just cost me another day of water leaking into my basement. They should have just done the job anyways and explained after the fact what your policy was. Not after the fact you just screwed me over. Just lost a customer and will never recommend you because of this. |
