New Era was hired to correct a plumbing issue/shower install. The crew showed up exactly when they said they were going to and went straight to work. Charley took the time to explain all the various steps he was taking and was very informative along the way. 100 trustworthy and great work ethic. I was very impressed. Finished product was top quality work. Will definitely contact again in the future for any plumbing & heating needs/issues.
