| ed john | Company was used to install a septic system in the house that I purchased. Called 8 months later because of a foul smell coming from the system, they came up through a pickax in the ground realized the ground was frozennot to mention they were told it was below freezing the past week and said they needed to come back a day later with equipment. They come back the next day, three hours late then the time they said they would be there, could not get their equipment running needed to use our electricity to get the job done and still did not resolve the issue. I figured this was a courtesy call seeing as they just installed The system but ended up with a 460 bill. Not a big deal however when we looked closer at the charges there were a few mistakes. When my wife called to inquire about the bill and the charges that were on the bill she was treated extremely unprofessional she and was first given the run around by the receptionist and then some big headed guy decided to jump on the phone and repeatedly belittle her. Customer service is important to us and if it is to you as well then do not use this company. Also following through on a job and making sure the customer is happy is also important to us and if it is to you do not use this company! |
