On top of that, they were too backed up to even schedule a follow-up service call. That was over 3 weeks ago and we still haven't heard from them. Needless to say, we were finally able to secure service from another company, only to learn that too much of the wrong coolant had been put into our main unit a costly repair for us. So beware - this company is not what it used to be and should be avoided at all costs. |
