Years ago we found Jerry through a referral for the installation of our gas fire pit. Jerry made such an impression, I had to find him for the replacement of our 20-year old hot water heater. While installing the water heater, Jerry observed our 20 year old sump pump was slowly pumping the water, Jerry appropriately recommended we replace the sump pump. Jerry did not pressure us and met our objective to proactively deal with future issues. Jerry makes recommendations from an honest perspective and is very fair. We had a leak in our line coming into the house from our well, and it showed up two days before Christmas. Jerry was out to the house that day to take a look, found the problem, came out on Christmas eve with his excavator to find the pipe and fix the leak, and THEN came out on Christmas day to fill the hole in. Jerry and his team were extremely professional and willing to go out of their way to get our problem solved as fast as possible. Their rates are very competitive. After living in White Plains for 5 years, we have now found our go to plumber. Thank you again for saving our Christmas!!!
