He broke our heater when it was supposed to be a simple fix them returned to replace the heater and it still isn't fix. Left us with no water for 2 weeks. The plumber Mo doesn't apparently know what he's doing and very unprofessional. The wife, who answers calls, when we asked about him taking our parts , said "he had parts on there too". We have a receipt and won't return out parts. |
