He did not test stem or offer repair for additional cost, to fix severely broken stem that day. He did not complete the job. Mr. F did offer to come back at full price to finish job. If he would have done a complete job, I would have offered the other work that he was suggesting to be done. I will give this company no more work. He also offered a significant discount for cash payment, and since we did not have that much cash on hand, or advance notice, we had to pay a higher cost. Not good business, possibly dishonest. |
