Chad was our tech today. He was great. Fixed all my issues and was very professional. His suggestions for future problems were very practical. He had an intern with him and he also was a very respectful and attentive.

Mr. Romero, the plumber who provided services on behalf of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, did an outstanding job. He was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again!

We've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for 15-20 years and have always been pleased with the results. The work they've done has ranged from installing a new "in-sink-erator" the one we had purchased from Home Depot wouldn't fit so they exchanged it for one that would fit, replacing a defective commode, installing a dry-well to drain rain water to the street, replacing a water main valve, as well as somewhat more common plumbing repair work. Scheduling appointments has been easy and they are always on time. I've found the service personnel to be very competent and personable. In particular, Jerry with Ryan or Jonathan is a highly competent plumber and an extremely nice guy. He really does "look out" for the customer.
