Received a call at just after 7am to schedule a dishwasher I'd purchased through Lowe's. When I called them back to schedule, I asked them to provide a certificate of insurance to me before they came to my house to do the install. They refused & said Lowe's has that all on file, which I'm sure they do or they wouldn't be an installer for Lowe's, but I wanted a copy in case they messed up so I'd be able to easily file a claim if need be. If I did have an issue, I'm sure they wouldn't have given me their insurance then & I'd have to wait for Lowe's to get back to me & that wasn't acceptable to me. A certificate of insurance just proves they have active insurance. Why would they not want to provide that to someone they're doing an install for? There's no reason for them not to provide that. I get certificates of insurance from any contractor who does work in my house as you never know when there might be a problem & then you know who to contact to file a claim if need be & know that their policy is active at that point too. With them refusing to provide that, they lost my business & I called Lowe's to have my install done by a different company.

I had them come out to fix two things. They showed up on time and were very pleasant and professional. They did their job and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company. I am extremely grateful and pleased. God bless.

John & Daryl replaced my water heater yesterday due to no hot water and leaking pipe. Both were extremely professional and had the new water heater installed within about 2 hrs after working with the warranty company. I had hot water again within the hour and no leaks. Thank you John & Daryl!
