We recently had our water boiler catch on fire internally on a Sunday morning. After calling a few places that couldn't get to us until after Monday, we called Straight Plumbing. They were able to respond right away and get the job done within 24 hours of calling them. At first we were going to go with a regular water heater but at the last minute decided to switch to a hybrid heater and somehow the owner managed to get the new heater to us within an hour! They worked late and stayed at our house till 6 pm to get us working again and for us to have hot water. After shopping around they were not the cheapest, but cheapest is not always best. They were worth the extra cost for responsiveness, quality, information and professionalism. They did a wonderful job cleaning up and hauled away our old heater. Would recommend.

I called Joe at noon with a serious water issue. He answered the phone and said he would try to make it out. He called me again at 5pm to say he was on his way out after wrapping up another job. After diagnosing the issue Joe had his supplier reopen their store so he could get the parts he needed and after returning stayed late working to get us back up and running. I would highly recommend his services as he definitely went out of his way to help us. Joe also tested our water while he was here and advised us on some other areas that needed attention. We appreciated all of his recommendations and will have him back out again soon to address those as well. We could not have asked for anything more from Joe and Rob and the job that they did for us. Great service!
