From beginning to end, they did a great job. Sarah made the experience smooth and painless. She made multiple trips to our home to discuss the options we had available to us. Never once did we feel pressured into buying a certain system. She was responsive to any questions we had via email and on the phone. On the day of installation the workers showed up on time and completed all the work in one day. Sarah even showed up to make sure things were going as planned. When the work was completed, we were shown how everything works, they made sure everything was setup & working properly and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I highly recommend Albrights to anyone needing work done to their heating/cooling system. And hats off to Sarah!

Let's just say that since my service 2 days ago, I have already told several friends and family members that if they ever need a plumber, they should call Albright's! The people with whom I interacted were very professional, and Nathan who did the work was extremely patient with my questions, solved the problem quickly, and left the area neat and clean. If when! I need a plumber again, I know who I'll call!

I had a horrible experience with this company! They brought a hot water heater to replace my old one, but it didn't fit. The plumber told me that this was the only size available and gave me three options. One, ha ha was to leave the hot water heater tilted against the wall. Second, was to move the dryer to another room. Third, was to remove my cabinet which was screwed into the wall. After I consented to remove the cabinet from the wall I decided to research water heaters online. I found that there were other sizes available. I fought with the plumber and the secretary attempting to have them rectify this. I got nothing but excuses from them. What they should have done was give me the option of purchasing my own water heater and having them install it. I am so angry I can't see straight. No one should just except the fact that their are no other options. How can any contractor just "eyeball" the dimensions of the water heater and expect a new heater to just fit? How can holes be left in a wall just because the previous connections were short? Think twice before you call this company. You will get shoddy work at best. I wouldn't have given any stars however Google wouldn't allow me to post my review
