| Mallory Wright | If I could give this store a zero I would. I work in the same plaza as this location and I was treated with the upmost disrespect. I was made to feel beyond uncomfortable when numerous employees followed me around the store. I was in work attire and definitely wouldn't be described to look like your 'typical thief's. When I asked if they had a certain item, the old man at the register looked bothered by my question. For a store that's beyond overpriced, seems to me they should hire better quality associates! Awful customer service. I have an ace hardware in my town and I will definitely give them my business. I'm even returning these items. They dont deserve my money, my hard earned money. Shame on you! |
