I called them to come install a Saniplus pump. Three plumbers came at 3 different occasions but had no clue how to install it, and yet they are listed as experts. Even one tried to rip me off with 300.00 labor charge, and yet he did not know how to install it. I ended up installing it myself by use of the installation manual. Thank goodness I did it. It now works perfectly with zero labor expense.

It was an amazing experience.. We bought a new facet for the kitchen and my husband thought he could install it. He started working on it Sunday morning and within 1/2 hour he realized it was pointless...he could not do it. I panicked and called around to various plumbers...no one was open. I happened upon Catons and not only did they answer the phone...they scheduled me for that day...and did not charge any more than the normal price. Correy came and fixed everything perfect. He was so nice and efficient and taught me how to keep the drains clean and gave me a drain cleaner. I was so amazed I could hardly believe it. A perfect company with perfect employees and an amazing deal to boot. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We love our new faucet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
