Then she asked me to call my insurance to send them a ticket that they were supposed to get, which I felt like it was her job to do, but I call them anyway. After calling the insurance, the receptionist calls again and we were going back and forth. She then tells me to watch how I am talking to her and that she wasn't going to go back and forth with me. As I was responding to her, she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
