After showing up an hour and a half late for our appointment, which they knew my husband left work to attend, we were promised a speedy quote to replace our defunct hot water tank . We waited 2 days, checking our email frequently, and I finally called. Never did hear back, even after speaking to the receptionist. Finally gave up and ordered one from Home Depot. I'm sure their work is fine, but this was an extremely disappointing first impression. |

| Genoveva Verde | it has taken months to get on their schedule. Finally a tech comes but I am told a carpenter is now needed. Communication and scheduling are a mess. This is unusual as I have had good experience but this year I'd try someone else if possible |
