For over a year 1/2, I've had the SAME problem with my pool and the pool pump. I've have had multiple “professionals” come to repair it unsuccessfully 11 times, yes folks, that's ELEVEN TIMES within the past year 1/2!! Each time, the root cause of the problem was never fixed, however additional problems were created and it just compounded, getting worse each time. The amount of money, time, and frustration that went into this literally makes me sick to my stomach to think about. On top of this, I'm disabled. I went completely blind, had a brain operation, and have been in and out of the hospital the past year 1/2 so dealing with just my health and everything that goes along with it has been overwhelming alone..These added issues really make it way more challenging than it already is. Once everything came to a head, and I again, had to call “another pool professional”, I literally just wanted to scream, crawl in the corner of a room, and just cry. After the extensive amount of effort that I'd already put into finding help and a “professional”, it's STILL NOT FIXED. I wasn't even sure there was anyone left in my area that I hadn't already tried. I'm resourceful, people!! I'll try and figure out the problem myself and go to great lengths in order to do so and to find help when I need it, including searching online, YouTube, Reddit, asking on pool websites, social media platforms, and get referrals from friends and family, etc. So...I dreadfully began my quest again to find help, And lemme land the plane here because this is getting too long... From the very first conversation with Kenny, the owner @ Authority Plumbing and Pools, I could tell he knew his stuff. I almost fell to my knees saying, “Thank you, Baby Jesus for helping me find a true Pool professional'!” That same day, Kenny came to my house, diagnosed the problem, well, technically problemS, since the main issue now was a result of the underlying issue that's went unresolved for a YEAR 1/2, and ordered the parts needed. Once the parts came in, he had the jobs completed; up and running like it should've been, for the FIRST TIME IN A YEAR 1/2!!! So truly, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, KENNY @ Authority Plumbing and Pools for making my life easier! If you ever need a pool professional, save yourself the hassle and headache and call Kenny!
