Plumbing services by D & D Plumbing & Heating Inc in Valley Center, Kansas

This company was hired by my water provider after a main line started leaking on the city side of the meter . They were quick to show up that day to inspect , then came back the following morning to repair . They left both the city side of the property and my property a complete mess . They made no attempt whatsoever to repair the ruts they left in my yard with their large equipment . The dirt they back filled into the hole they dug was very sloppy and not even close to being leveled or graded , dirt clogs were left everywhere and pipe cuts left on the ground . I called the water company who hired them and shared the quality of work they had provided and got the response that they would come back to repair . Months has gone and still no corrections. I finally made the repairs myself and called the water company for the third time to update them and collect the info to leave this review . She stated she spoke to the owner who inform her “ everything was corrected and good to go “ . I guess long story short , if you're not paying these guys directly the customer service flies right out the window .

They called me when they were on their way. Fixed the leak I had in my main line and took out all the old piping from when the previous owners of the house had a soft water tank. From the call to finishing the job took less than an hour. They were courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Brad and his team at D & D are fair and honest and they have helped us with simple and complex projects. I would call them for any plumbing need and recommend them to anyone needing to get work done at their home or business.
